So this happened...

My furnace is roughly 44 years old. This morning I woke up in a house that was about 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The old furnace has conked out. Repair guy didn't have the peice on his truck so he'll be back Tuesday to hopefully fix it. If he can't fix it I'll be getting a new one. I know I need a new, just financially it wasn't something I'd planned on right now. Ah well at least the forecast is suppose to be around 50 for the week, no snow in the forecast till Friday. Fingers crossed it's fixable.

I should add the repair guy provided the space heaters! The living room is now up to 68, the kitchen where my 16 1/2 year old dog sleeps is a touch warmer. I'm going to Barrow a different type of heater from my sister that is not such a fire risk and better on the electric bill. I'll pick up those from her later this evening.
