Dreadful day

Bad diarrhea today. Difficult when can’t get to toilet etc!
Spent one hour on newly delivered commode and one on toilet.
I know - too much information.

Feeling so sick all day. Did nothing. Ate a cracker and boiled egg tonight and watched appalling tv most of day.. Tonight I found readings of some William Trevor stories on BBC Sounds.
