Outhouse beyond driftwood fence
A few years ago we collected driftwood from the shore and built a fence to frame the vegetable garden. Not only is it so pleasing to the eye but I find it so useful to grow Peas and beans on, and to hang buckets and to tie up tomato cages that are being pulled over by the weight of late summer fruit. In the winter, I look at the garden fence and remember the summer past and all the time I spent in the garden, already anticipating the next growing season. The old outhouse has now become a small garden shed to store pots and tools.
