Still clearing out (last day today) and tidying up.
Most of it, it's rubbish and it will be recycled or just burned in bon fire.
The rest was reviewed and it will be either kept or going new homes.
For kids I'm just making Bolognese sauce and will be cooking pasta soon.
For us I made this deliciously raw vegan salad where I panfried and caramelised red onions with caraway and cumin seeds, then added previously cooked roasted hulled oat groats and chickpeas from the jar.
Panfried for a bit added fresh spinach, chopped sun blushed tomatoes and halved giant olives. I like to add some nuts at the end to add extra minerals and nutrients to the meal. My husband loves it and eaten most of it :)
