BE and ME

We’ve had a wonderful couple of days with two very special friends of ME’s.  Mark and John will be winging their way back to Madison, Wisconsin in the USA on Wednesday after living in Australia for 7 years.  It was our chance to say goodbye and for them to have a couple of days free of packing and stress before the long trip home to their families and a new chapter in their lives.
Thanks to all of you who left such heartfelt messages on my journal yesterday.  It meant so much to me.  I’ve had a wonderful day after driving down into the Megalong Valley.  This time we bypassed the Megalong Tea Rooms and headed further west to the Dryridge Estate Winery.  A miracle happened as we arrived, the SUN came out!!  It’s been almost two weeks since we’ve seen the sun and it was fantastic.  The views from the winery are amazing and arguably some of the best in Australia.  I know our friends just loved it and it was a lovely way to spend the afternoon.  

I have added a an extra of ME and Mark and John saying hello to a few of the locals who came running up to the gate to greet us as we drove along the Peach Tree Rd.
