Still waiting !

Bramble is saying with her entire body ,
“How much more faffing can these two do before we get out ?”

The top of the stairs brings us much joy , it’s a place where we have gathered all our family photos so that it feels like a gallery . 
The centre piece is an world map ,  drawn using the Peters Projection that illustrates comparative areas of different countries more accurately than the usual Mercator Projection . It also has the South Pole at the top which gives a different perspective too . 
During winter  we cheer ourselves up by placing a lamp stand  draped in coloured lights on a mirror , the lights are also reflected in the bedroom mirror and the roof light window that Santa uses the access the house on Christmas Eve ( honest !!) 
We have placed other things there  that delight us which we change often . At the moment there are sets of bells for LBB to find when he goes up stairs . I love placing things around the house for him to find and then watch what he does with them . 
We are finally off for a walk , Bramble’s tail is wagging gleefully. Wishing you all a day of  delights , xx
