Yum, yum

Family day out at the athletics at the Birmingham Grand Prix at the NIA. Took some shots before we went of Carys in her I love GB t-shirt with her red ribbons in her hair. I took some long distance action shots. I also took some blurred shots of the kids doing the sportshall stuff but this one of them both stuffing their faces with eyes transfixed on the action was the one that won out.

The day was good. William cannot sit still in the same way C could at the same (or actually six months younger) age, but the sportshall and autograph hunting mostly entertained him when he needed to move around.

W got level 2 on the sports hall, a fluke I think as he was resolutely level 1 every other attempt. C got a level 9 first off, she was one point from level 10 but try as she might (and she didn't half try) she could not beat her first attempt. Nevermind she put the certificate to good use getting a variety of autographs on it, including Linford Christie, who told her he really liked her t-shirt and sent her off with a huge grin on her face.
