Paying the piper

I have to pay for my sins, and there have been lots of them. 
So now it's down to counting carbs and flipping the bird at sugar knowing that the road ahead is a long one. 
I should know better, I've been through this many times before, but obviously didn't learn my lesson.

Good while it lasted though.
