BROEKIES LACE ON THE VERANDAH

Broekies lace is the term used to describe this sort of decoration , 'broekie' meaning a pair of knickers !
This is taken from the upstairs verandah of Emma and Wiliam's holiday home, looking down over Emma's study where she will work on her novels. The house is a1990's copy of a nineteenth century colonial home, but it feels like the genuine article.
