Unisex?

Picked this up as a last minute bargain before JC's indoor birthday bash. Nor entirely sure what is so "unisex" about this mask/headscarf/hat thing. Fir they use an image of what looks like Liam Gallagher (on the RHS) and what looks like Liam Gallagher with a perm (on the LHS). Maybe it's just me, but found it disturbing to look at.
The scarf/headgear thingy fits nicely like a (unisex) glove(!)
