Reveal

The new year reveals itself. In gorgeous bright light, and cold crisp air. 

And I can't stop taking pictures of the tall trees in Pollok Park.

Restrictions meant a very unusual New Years Day - no steak pie with my folks. We did a quick wave and good wishes from the garden. 

And then Karen and I recreated a 'Nigella' Scandi-inspired menu: smoked salmon and dill, pork ribs, Jansson's, picked red cabbage and pickled cucumber. Too full to tackle the cheese board. Maybe tomorrow.
