2021 First Trudge

Time to get back into the groove. Off out on a trudge with JB. We’ve been trudging every 2 or 3 days for about 4 years. Instead of pacing the miles side by side, we now do simultaneous trudging whilst connected for a natter via WhatsApp!

This was just as I headed off - we have a spanish and, of course, a Scottish flag set up in the garden. The breeze was stiff and chilly today. , Soon warmed up after a brisk 3 miles!!
