Happy New Year!

My New Year Wishes to you come a day late, sorry!

The morning was spent with The Mate who'd stayed over so we watched another video, Man And Boy, starring Ioan Gruffudd, better known to me as Hornblower.

We managed to talk through some business plans we could be getting on with safely in Tier 4 starting on Wednesday. That was good.

So for a New Year's Resolution:- I think I'm going to be messing about in the kitchen more!

Today's bacon for the butties was baked with maple syrup and mustard which had been smoothed into a paste with whisky. This afternoon I'm making a Rum Baba for another celebration tomorrow.
