Camino Training on the Norfolk Coast

So whats the best way to prepare for walking in Northern Spain? Walking the coastline of the North Norfolk coast in the cold (and even a few snowflakes).

The Camino Crew headed to Cromer, leaving off earlyish in the morning, cursing Owen for getting us up, and went for a lovely walk up the beach and across the cliff side.

This happy trekker isn't one of ours but I liked the contrast of the solidarity of his pursuit against the vastness of the combined hunk of land that some people call a 'cliff'. Makes you realise the insignificance of us all against the majesty of nature. Just kidding, everyone is as important (or possibly more important) than sand :)
