Ohhh - Do Bee-Hive !

The New Year’s Day stroll with our friends took us past this group of hives (ruches, in French).  Currently dormant, they are dotted all over the area in quiet parts of woods. Our friends told us that they have found an old one in their wood.  I may try and persuade them to let me look it over and refurbish it.  Home-made honey sounds really inviting.  Our town has a company which produces honey and bee-related products (wax, creams, liqueurs, etc.).  Sounds like a potential project......
