A moment

of sort of quiet contemplation. There was a light saber fight noisily going on in the next room...

My mum posted on facebook that 2020 took more than it gave. And I would agree with her there. That doesn't mean there weren't good bits. It doesn't mean that I haven't learnt from it. It doesn't mean that there isn't much I am grateful for. 

But...I am glad it is over. 

Extra... for the first time in many years I finished a Christmas gift before the turning of the year. It's very well written, fascinating, inspiring, horrifying. I recommend it.
