Ice and early

The roads were reasonably clear, it was crisp and the light was lovely. I de-iced the car and headed off to Fradley Pool.

Magnificent colours. Abundant wildlife (unimpressed with the frozen lake). I didn’t risk the boardwalk as it was slippery and creaked alarmingly.

After my second lap I noticed the sky was thick and flakes were starting to appear.

I was safely home before the flakes were enormous. And Furbie is fascinated still.
