Day 1 self isolation. Woke up to sprinkle of snow, spent 5 hours sorting out the defrosting freezer with Hubs. Quite a lot salvageable or able to refreeze . We have a lot of milk to use - feel a custard vat coming our way and I’m on the milky coffees . Lots of salmon for dinner, including the dog ! Berry surprise for pud!
Late afternoon walk into the sunset at a quiet spot - didn’t see a soul . Dog and humans v happy to be out exercising , this is rural Ireland version of self isolating !
