Henley-on-Thames

The last two days have been busy. Wednesday morning had to take mum to the Doctors for a blood test which was arranged before Christmas She has not been very well and we keep saying ring the the Dr and she said I’m seeing him on Wednesday. But it turned out she was only seeing a nurse.for the blood test. So I said she needs to see a Dr as her legs were all swollen and she could hardly walk   So they said they would get the Dr to ring her in the afternoon. So we took her home.  We  came home had some lunch. Getting ready to go out for our walk when my phone rang and it was mum saying they were sending and ambulance for her. So back up the mums to wait for the ambulance 4 hours later it turns up by now it was 6.30pm. So they took her off to the Hospital we came home. At 10.45pm mum phoned to say she was staying in for the night. So today Thursday we are waiting for mum to phone to say what was happening   She phoned at 11.30am to say they were sending her home   They had done all sorts of different test. And said she has got to wait for the water tablets for sort her out. Took her home at about 2pm. Got her settled and we left. So we stopped off in Henley-On-Thames for a walk. The River Thames is in flood and running very fast. Got home at 4.30pm. I’m soo tired I don’t think I will stay awake to see the new year in.
