Flower Friday

A really heavy frost this morning but we went for a walk mid morning. There were several people swimming in the sea again today for their New Years’ Day swim. 
I have just been watching Jayne Torville and Christopher Dean skating Bolero on a lake in Alaska. This was a programme about climate change but they travelled a lot of miles on trains and by car before they found a suitable lake to skate on. 
A couple of roses from a bunch I bought last Monday. The frost has skippered most of the flowers in the garden now,
