New Years Day

Very pleased I achieved my 2020 target of posting an image everyday. Hoping to continue in 2021 but do struggle at this time of year due to having a full time job which makes it difficult to be outside during daylight hours. I have however just bought a film scanner so I may post images from my negative and slide archive when I haven't managed to get out during the day. Todays image was the very first image I took today on my hangover clearing walk in a very icy Almondell park. The slight thaw and yesterdays rain had frozen overnight which meant the underfoot condition's were very poor and I was on edge all the time in case I slipped
