Proof that I went Out!

It's the 1st day of the year! (Very obviously). I started it off with purgatory, riding 91.3km on Zwift. I enjoyed it and could have gone on much longer! 

Plans weren't defined for the day. Rosemary was meeting friends to do an orienteer thing on Blackford Hill. But I have a slight phobia for ice. I didn't fancy sliding about a hill whilst getting cold and then having to cycle home.

Rather, I took a wee walk down to Wardie Bay. There were far too many people about, especially on the beach. It was good to see the wildlife platforms back in the harbour but the seals weren't there. 

Sunset was pretty cool. It's hardly an award winning landscape image but the Forth was looking nice.
