Wavy

It was quite wavy in Windermere this morning making progress up the lake  hard work.  Turned round after 250m for a easy swim back to the jetty, then a quick  "out  to the end of the jetty and back " in just a cozzy,  6.6°C.   It was quite busy with New Years Day swimmers,  both in and without wetsuits. Mr P ventured in with a new top ( extra ) but got out having done less than 100m- ie less than 4 lengths- come on Mr P, others were doing more than that with no wetsuits on!   He needs more practice.

Looking forward to Blip Meets later in the year,, I wonder when that will be?

PS- the curried sprout soup for lunch was excellent! - see yesterday
