New Years Day plod out, Great Big Yorkshire skies not to disappoint, Alas No Sails, but there on there way...
I can remember when a child this windmill working, my mum often bought stone ground flour from there mixed with some strong white bread flour they made cracking “Hot cakes”, :-great for Sunday breakfast of bacon eggs and sausages, in rich chopped tomato liquor, of which the hot cakes mopped up splendidly.
I do so hope... perhaps tomorrow eh
