Sunday afternoon at Kirkcaldy..

No spectacular bird shot today folks. Although a Sunday, I've been busy, first of all shopping for clothes for my forthcoming trip to Zimbabwe, and than the small matter of Scotland versus Ireland at Rugby.

At half-time, when 0-3 down, I quickly dashed out to a vantage point near my home to take this shot of Kirkcaldy. You can see the harbour wall with a few grey waves splashing against, but not too violently. On the right of the picture the darker blue construction above the light blue rooftop, is Starks Park, home of Raith Rovers.

Very few people out today, and the few in the shot are wisely well wrapped up from the light but cold wind.

Well you never. Scotland won, although Ireland had by far the greater share of the play. All down to grit and determination, a bit like the young couple in my blip having a walk together, despite the weather.
