it’s the last night - of this year - one which has been - beyond anything we - could have ever imagined - would have fallen upon us - i am not one for - resolutions at all - but i am one who - reflects carefully on what - the year held and what the new - one might bring - what i might venture - to do with myself - ways i might stretch myself - as i look back on 2020 - i am reminded by scripture to

remember the wonders he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he pronounced. (1 chronicles 16:12)

abba has spoken in - big ways to us - throughout the year - as a christ follower - i see his hand on the - results of our election - the speed of finalizing a vaccine - the uniting of the world - in attempting to fight a pandemic - the continued beauty of sunrises - and sunsets every day - just to name a few

and i hear abba tell me - to look forward with faith - because he has a plan

“for i know the plans i have for you, declares the lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (jeremiah 29:11)

i know that looking forward - wisely is looking to abba in trust - and that will always - help to make it...
