Frosty ferns

Another good day to have the camera out, with lovely frosted leaves everywhere. I liked the ferns best and took quite a few different photos. This was after a quick shopping drop in the morning for my folks, and doorstep chat too.

I picked up some wood from Dad's garage - the fruits of lots of cutting back of established shrubs and trees he has done this year. Home in afternoon to work happily for an hour or so in the garden. Cold to be out but I happily stacked the prunings in our wee wood store, and fed the birds and checked their water.
