St Aiden's RSPB Reserve

We went to St Aiden's RSPB Reserve today to meet up with my son and family. It was a perfect winters day - bright sunshine, very cold and crisp and frozen under foot. The light from the low sun brought out the colours in the landscape and there was ice across much of the lagoons.
It was great to see them all and enjoy a long walk together. I am not sure when we will see them next. It will depend on how the virus progresses and whether we have further restrictions before the winter has run its course.
