Out With The Old ....

Very much a repeat of yesterday for us but with a good dose of sunshine thrown in.   After a hard frost there was a smattering of white stuff in town this morning and more sugar frosting on some of the hills where passing showers had clipped them.   Meg and I walked the same lanes and yesterday's view, repeated as an extra pic was brighter.

I still have a number of plants lodged in a friend's greenhouse nearby and recently rescued this Primula auricula which had produced a stem of out of season flowers.   A bright beauty to end the year on blip and a promise of many more beauties to come.    Happy New Year to all my friends!
