Red In Tooth & Claw, Aylesford

It's been a viscious year emotionally, economically, politically and pandemically but I do hope, prey and think that 2021 will be better. I was trying to capture some of that tumult with today's image. It's actually made up of a Christmas pudding wrapper and shards of melting ice from my frozen back garden but I thought it also looked like a flightless bird. Hopefully Covid will eventually go the way of the dodo. The vaccines are now here, though, so the darkness will lift and next year will blossom in the light and we can all look forward to that.
