Natural Christmas Tree

It was minus 5°C (23° F)  overnight. The online version of the local newspaper carried an article "Dorset Police say stay in bed" rather than risk slippery roads.

So I did.

However, when I crept out of bed to make breakfast, the sun was peeping through the Pittosporum tree in the garden. I poked the lens through an open window (so cold the end nearly dropped off) and took this Christmas tree effect.

Then back to bed, after-all, I am a law abiding citizen.
