Cold and Frosty Morning.

It may be cold and frosty, but oh what a beautiful morning.
Decided to finish the year with our lockdown walk.
Just had to tread carefully as the pavements and paths were very icy.
I love how the snow and ice sparkled like diamonds in the sun. It hasn’t melted despite the sunshine. Only 1C.

Looking forward to our evening meal.
All Mr C’s favourites ( and mine too)
Lancashire Hotpot, followed by pineapple soufflé. Don’t think we will have room for any cheese.

No New Year’s Eve parties tonight, but I expect we will still see some fireworks.

Let’s hope we can all look forward to a very Happy, Healthy , and Peaceful 2021.

Mr C has just reminded me that in 1964 we got engaged on New Year’s Eve.
As if I could forget!!
