a more european style of coffee, which is to say that jackets and hats are a good idea as the temperature begins to descend the wind and humidity accentuating the unimpressive numbers ... although the only snow is to be found in the central mountains the temperature is forecast to drop overnight, still clinging to the hope of snow on yangmingshan though i'm assured that it's not going to happen....
