Peebles From The Sware

Long walk up round the river this morning. Was hoping to capture some river life, but everything - even the herons - seemed to be sheltering from the cold. And it was COLD.

By the time I took this shot on the homeward stretch my hands were numb. Snowed briefly just after this. Then rain.

Afternoon now of thawing out, sofa, Scotland v Ireland then Capital One Cup Final.
