Onion Barges and Vegetable Samosas. Late BlipFoto today as I was having a go a making my own Onion Barges and Vegetable Samosas. Quite a lengthy process and  preparation but all went well. The Samosas tasted okay even if they did look like small Comish pasties. The pastry was a little thick too. I have made a note for next time. The Onion Barges where scrummy :)
