Please report me

Is it just me, or is this totally mad? The London police is apparently asking everyone who sees chemicals in a bin or someone studying CCTV camera's to report them to the police.

I'm sure I must've been pretty suspicious today, photographing CCTV's.. I hope Edinburgh is a bit less crazy in this respect than London..
