It's been a while

about 24 years or so...but the boys are now competent enough cyclists that they disappear off and it's hard for us to keep anywhere near on foot. So Ad decided it was time. I didn't fall off. T and I had fun. It emphasised how unfit I am currently. But, I did it and for that I am pretty proud.
