A Dozen Red Roses - 200 Days to go!

Thought I would try and learn more about using the Macro feature on my camera today.

I took a lot of experimental photos with different levels of zoom and flash, with varying results, let just say its a good job the camera has steady hand mode - no comments about the previous nights Sangria ;-)

I chose this one as I like the way the flash has picked up the colour of the flower and lighten it, also the attention to detail on the actual petals where you can see the texture and ragged edges.
