Occasional TV

I don't watch much TV; my preference is reading.

However, I came across the PBS America series, made back in 1989 but digitally remastered in 2015 of the US Civil War.

I vaguely remember watching it back in 1989/90 but don't recall watching it until this pm. The edition was No 5 and dealt with events in 1863 the most notable was the Battle of Gettysburg. the other that although they formed only 1% of the general population, African Americans made up 10% of the Union army.
