Main activity: Mon - cassava bread, small group coaching
Notes: Started the cassava bread late morning and let it rise for an hour and then baked for about 45 min. Had my small group coaching session w/ 9 others and Lauren from 2-430p. Went for a little walk as the sun was setting. For dinner, we made grilled sandwiches with fresh cassava bread slathered in French butter w/ Italian prosciutto and mini-Basque sheep cheese ... and finished the roasted Brussels sprouts.
