White sands of Longniddry Bents

I woke up early to try and get my image for the Weekly Blip Challenge theme of ROT and had decided that I would be capturing the wreck at Longniddry that sits on the beach and rots away as the sea washes over it.

I got to the location just before 'sunrise' there was no sign of sun, just an imposing black cloud coming from behind me. I managed to get five shots fired off before the cloud let out its fill of freezing hail onto the beach leaving it covered in white.

All good preparation for my trip to Norway on Tuesday!
