Lapwing on the Salt Marshes

Having spent all week indoors, we were determined to get out and get some fresh air this morning. So with sandwiches made we headed out to the RSPB Reserve at Framprton Marshes in Lincolnshire. It was very cold but we walked for about 2 hours and captured a number of birds including Pochards, Brent Geese, Grebes and Lapwings. Also managed to get a sight of a Yellow Hammer and a female Brambling. Well worth a visit.
