Auckland from Rangitoto Is

What a great day out. We climbed to the Rangitoto summit which was no mean feat for me. The views were AWESOME all around and in every direction.

The extra is a snap of the lava river, of course, solid and cold but still so evident of the eruption thousands of years ago.

The other extra is 6 year old Nico piggy backing 76 year old Peter.
