American Kestrel

We had a super foggy morning, so I stayed in and caught up on things in the house, but as soon as I thought the fog might lift I headed to the refuge to try out the new camera on some birds.  I had so much fun, the animal eye detection is really amazing.  Didn't take too long to get the hang of it.  I didn't get to practice on any birds in flight, they were all sitting.  When the fog lifted the sun was super bright which is not ideal but I was learning and it was fun.
