old barn

i went for a walk on a different "rails to trails" near me - it is in Nelson County and the RR was short - just to move logs to the main line.  The trail runs along the Tye river.  It was very nice.

There was a lovely farm to one side - I absolutely love the sweep of the land - and of course, the old barn.  I can't decide which version is the best - I chose one for my main today.  

Also the river at midday - and a tree in a field.  

I'm happy to have time to play with my camera a bit - tho to be honest I am mostly happy to have shaken the funk I have been in most of the year.  It has been a tough one.
