Long Walk

We went off to pick up our new identity cards at the police station but they were not ready yet. So finding ourselves out early we went off for a walk that turned out to be 30,000 steps long with an outside lunch en route.  This is on one of the Gaudí benches on Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona.   We then went right up the top of the town to the ronda and skirted right the way along to Sarria, then down into deep Sants touching Hospitalet, with many zig zags down many little streets we had never seen before.  The sun shown in a blue sky all day but storm Bella came visiting a little, a least a flurry or two of her skirts.
