Parsley..

.....sadly no sage, rosemary or thyme today!

I suffered for yesterday’s round the clock sleep last night and probably hadn’t been long asleep when the frosty morning alarm went off. I looked out of the window...it was frosty but absolutely no hint whatsoever of a sunrise. I cancelled the back up alarm and went back to sleep! I don’t think it got light at all today.

The last of the turkey meat ended up in a pasta dish tonight...although there’s plenty left for lunch tomorrow!
