For the Birds

We were given a nesting box for the birds for Christmas. Unfortunately the only wall which is facing in the most suitable direction is rather too low.  Guy decided to fix it this morning as it was a reasonably calm day. Apparently you should put the box in place before the nesting season begins so that the birds can get used to it. I rather think it may have to be moved somewhere else. The only alternative is the back of the house but we won't be able to see if is being used if that's where it ends up.
