Merry little Christmas

It’s the first time in ten years we’ve not spent Christmas with family, but it was good to be able to just relax without any long drives to see people.

It’s been a tough old year and neither of us is well really yet, but there was enough energy between us for a lovely, lovely restful Christmas Day at home with the cats. We even saw a badger in the garden through the window, first sighting in over a month.
