Fauxlake Run

The clubs Cani sport race was cancelled this year so they organised a Fauxlake Canne virtual run for today. With the weather meant to be 40 mile an hour winds and heavy rain from 10am I went out early, 7.30am, with Kilda to do our run. Stopped off at the top of Salisbury crags for some photos but an IPhone 6 doesn’t work so well in the gloom. This run brought up 1000 miles this year for me, 500 logged runs on Strava and 5000k logged on Strava so was a nice special one to complete. Came back for a breakfast of eggs benedict. Today is also Mum’s 80th birthday so managed to face time her and wish her a happy birthday as we can’t be there this year. Hopefully they will have their injections soon and we can get down.
